ICT & Smart Class

Classroom learning is an intrinsic part of all round personality development of children. We, at JKPS, have spacious and well-lit classrooms, equipped with 'smart class' programme and smart boards in each and every classroom to facilitate teaching and learning process.

Smart class is a comprehensive solution designed to assist teachers in meeting with their day to day class room challenges, thereby, enhancing students’ academic performance with simple, practical and meaningful technology with instant access to relevant instructor-led-multimedia content. The material comprising of detailed instructions is mapped exactly for a specific curriculum guidelines for use in the class. JKPS initiated the use of smart board in all classrooms in the session 2012-13.

ICT PROJECTS

Every year students of classes V to X make presentations on the topics based on different subjects allocated to them. They, then, teach them in the class through their presentations. This gives them confidence and better understanding of the subjects taught during the academic session.

Remedial Classes

  • During the assembly time students of class XI and class XII can seek remedial teaching to clear their doubts with the prior permission.
  • On all working Saturdays, a special time-table is followed for those students requiring extra coaching. Any difficulty in this process may be reported to the Principal in writing.
