The House Day Function aims at acquiring a healthy competition among the four houses along with emphasizing on mass participation. The house days are spread over two days and are generally organized in the month of May, providing a platform for all the students to outshine the other competitors with their prowess. The event starts by seeking the blessings of the Almighty through a shabad recital followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.

House days were celebrated on 10 and 11 May, 2016.Students of all the classes from IV to X willingly contributed their best with a great buzz for the assigned events. The students participated in a multitude of events like Tableaus, English Plays, Ballets, Hindi and Punjabi Plays, Talent Hunt and LCD Presentations prepared by the students of each house. Most importantly the overall competition among the four houses:

  • Akbar
  • Ranjit
  • Nalwa
instills the significance of sportsmanship, teamwork and leadership qualities in our young learners.

Ashoka House won the rolling trophy this year for putting up the best performance in almost all the events under the able guidance of the house Mistress, Ms.Ramneek Kapoor.
