Virtual Project Show of class-II


Project Shows at J.K.P.S. have always been an integral part of the school curriculum to enhance the learning process of the students, inculcate a sense of responsibility in them and boost their confidence. Keeping up with the spirit of project shows, Class II organised a colourful extravaganza with the theme "Be a Rainbow in someone's Life' on 17 October 2020 on a virtual mode. The show was graced by Mrs Seema Kukreja, CEO at Curate by studio ID8, Noida an alumna of J.K.P.S. , along with the school Chairman Sardar Surjeet Singh ji, Vice-chairperson Mrs Rasna Singh and other dignitaries. The Project Show began with a Shabad followed by Saraswati Vandana and lighting of the ceremonial lamp. In order to understand the adorable bond that we share with our grandparents, the students presented a short adaptation of the colourful story "How I Taught My grandmother To Read" by the famous Indian author, Sudha Murthy and another story Bhoolveer-Yaadveer with a significant message showcasing the beautiful relationship of grandparents with their grandchildren. As an endeavour to celebrate India as the land of diversity, the students also presented the famous traditional dance of Rajasthan, Ghoomar in a very colorful way. Principal Mrs. Asha Saran Srivastava applauded the positive efforts of the young Jaspalians and motivated them to be more confident during these pandemic times. She appreciated the parents for their whole hearted and unconditional support in taking the education from physical to virtual mode. The show concluded on a positive note 'We may be in lockdown but we are not knocked down' and Better days are on the way. The school Headmistress Mrs. Shikha Dhameja delivered the vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem.
