MAGICAL WORDS ASSEMBLY
The young Jaspalians learnt the importance of magic words-sorry, please and thank you through this assembly. They presented an enlightening thought and enjoyed a song on the polite words.
Kindness
Words can build someone up or knock someone down. Keeping this in mind the children of grade 1, 2 and 3 presented an assembly in Kindness and learnt its importance in life. They also enjoyed a song on kindness and took a pledge to be kind towards everyone.
Rakshabandhan
Rakshabandhan was celebrated in Class 1 by making different types of crowns and bands entitled as 'Best Brother' and 'Best Sister' Class 2 and 3 did thali decoration activity.ACTIVITIES
CLASS 1,2 & 3
Virtual tours ( Bee )
Children witnessed going to Sawgrass Nature Center and meet Bee Lady to learn about honeybees and how they make honey. They learnt what beekeepers do and wear, the shapes of the honeycomb cells, and what honey looks like! Interesting bee facts were shared with children. Children also excitedly learnt how to make Paper Honey Bee.CLASS 1,2 & 3
TRANSPORT
Students were shown about the world’s most dangerous airports in the world. Some knowledge filled facts were shared with children. As a part of activity, students learnt to make paper airplanes.Railroad Museum-
Children learnt about Railroad Safety as they visit a railroad museum. They explored trains-big and small, old and new. They learnt the importance of knowing the meaning of railroad safety signs and train whistles. They even made paper trains.
