Vivekananda Pathshala

Work for a Cause, Not for Applause

Vivekananda Paathshaala comes under the community outreach programme of J.K.P.S. The mission of Community outreaches to reach out the Community of less privileged by getting engaged in meaningful service activities that enrich their learning. Student leaders are the backbone of the success of Vivekananda Paathshaala programme. Students take on leadership roles for providing service to the slum children. Classes for children of economically weaker section of society living in the nearby slum areas are held on Tuesdays and Fridays in the school premises for their upliftment. Teachers and students of J.K.P.S make a team and share their knowledge with the paathshaala students. The students and teachers of J.K.P.S celebrate their birthdays by distributing sweets, chocolates, stationery items etc. Langars are organised by Jaspalians for these children. We, at J.K.P.S, always instil among our children that the two hands we are blessed with are for a noble cause i.e.
One to help yourself and the second to help others
